Refunds will be considered only if a customer emails us at support@hanumantalk.com within 48 hours of payment. No refunds shall be entertained after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of payment.
No refund shall be made if the data provided by the customer is incorrect. However, if the customer emails us within 24 hours of ordering the remedy, we will consider the changes to be made.
Once the stone is delivered to the customer, no refund shall be made.
All eligible refunds shall be made within seven business days from the date of receipt of the request. However, the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by the bank/payment gateway.
In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by hanumantalk.com in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

If the customer finds the product in damaged/defective/broken condition, the customer may apply for replacement or refund. For this, the customer may email at support@hanumantalk.com within 7 working days of delivery of the product. No refund shall be entertained after the expiry of 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. The customer needs to register a dispute by sending an email to support@hanumantalk.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Disputes registered after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.

Your use of the Services is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree:
(a) to comply with all Indian laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from India through the service;

(B) IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, HANUMANTALK.COM MAY DELETE E-MAIL OR OTHER ACCOUNTS OR THE INFORMATION THEREIN IF THE ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE FOR MORE THAN NINETY (90) DAYS;
