Talk to Astrologer Minutes:

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for minutes purchased to speak to our astrologers under any circumstances. Once purchased, Talk to Astrologer Minutes are non-refundable. These minutes are credited to your account instantly upon submission of your input details, including your Registered Mobile Number.

Stone, Pooja, Rudraksha:
For orders placed for gemstones, pooja items, or rudraksha:

Customers can request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of payment. However, no refund requests will be entertained after 48 hours of payment.

To initiate an Order Cancellation and Refund, kindly email support@hanumantalk.com with the reason for cancellation.
Products are typically delivered within 10 days outside India and 7 days within India from the date of submission of input details.


Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 15 days of receiving the returned product.


In case of any manufacturing defects or shipment damage, customers can request a replacement within 58 hours of product receipt. However, replacement requests will not be entertained after 48 hours.


To request product replacement, please email support@hanumantalk.com along with images showcasing the defect or damage.
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products and the rituals performed on behalf of the customer, we are unable to facilitate product exchanges for any reason. Kindly reach out to our Customer Support before the product is shipped for information on feasibility and additional costs, if applicable.


Please be advised that all returns and upgrades are subject to the sole discretion of the Management.

For delivery within India:
Cancellation after placing an Order:
If a Customer has placed an order for Gemstone, Rudraksha, or Puja and wishes to cancel the Order, then the Customer can request cancellation and refund within 48 hours of payment. No refund request will be entertained after 48 hours.

To request Order Cancellation and Refund, Customer needs to send an email to support@hanumantalk.com stating the reason for cancellation.

Store Products are delivered within 7 days within India, from the date of submission of input details.
A refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.

Cancellation after delivery of Order:

After receipt of the product on delivery, if there is any manufacturing defect or shipment damage in the product, then the Customer can request replacement of the product within 48 hours of receipt. No replacement request will be entertained after 48 hours.
